Oral Presentations

All speakers must download their presentations in the Speaker's Ready Room at least 2 hours before their presentations, or send them in advance to the ESSD secretariat executiveofficer@myessd.org. Presenters cannot use their personal computers for their presentations. There will be a technician in the room to help you and we recommend using Microsoft to ensure compatibility.

The ESSD has arranged a poster service through the company postersessiononline. This company will print your poster at a high quality resolution and paper and deliver it to the venue so you do not have to bring it with you. They charge 59€ + VAT. They will also help you with the design of your poster and include a QR code so people can download it, and make it available online. Presenters can use this service or bring their own poster but in either case they must send a pdf of their poster to postersessiononline or to the ESSD secretariat executiveofficer@myessd.org before 1 October.

A 2-3 minute audio file describing the poster can also be sent (optional), these files will be available through a QR code beside the poster and after on the ESSD website members' section.
